The instructors are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They take the time to help students learn to swim and teach techniques that are individualized to the person. Bailey is my diaghters instructor and she is the best. She teaches with patience, intuition and great insights. She is the reason I decided to take swim lessons myself after observing my daughter at her lessons. I likced out at got a great instructor as well for my adult lessons, Josh. Josh is wonderful, patient and provides great feedback on techniques. He is a great instructor!
The only issue is with the make up tokens, I wish there was a quicker process and confirmation once you submit your absences. Or an easier way to reach out to an administrator to any questions.
