We had a boarding issue for our pup over Christmas ( no room at our usual camp 3 states away.) In a panic we searched for a camp near our holiday location in Kenosha. We were impressed from the beginning with the reception. We explained the situation and were given instructions on what to do to register our pet successfully online. There were several communications which was reassuring. The receptionist seemed very knowledgeable and competent.
If Ithe franchise has a policy to keep the facilities consistent, it's a good one. Our pup walked in as if she knew the place and was greeted by staff that acted like they knew her. Being a senior dog prone to separation anxiety, boarding is stressful for us. But she was fine when we picked her up. We of course checked on her periodically via the cams ( another good service). If we have one concern, and it's the same one we've expressed to our local facility, it's that some attendants are more interested in their phones rather than the pups. Our last two boardings have been over major holidays and so some staff shortages are expected. But it makes us sad to see a pet asking for attention only to have the attendant walk away. But all in all we left thinking highly of this facility and it's staff. Thank you!
