I didn’t get to catch Eric when he visited the gym on Friday 12/13/2024 so I’m filling out another one of these surveys. This gym rocks! It has literally been life-changing to work out here! Zach Brol is my trainer and he’s phenomenal. He listened to my goals and actually wants to help me meet them! I did not grow up as an athletic person so I’ve been working with him as a beginner. With his expert coaching he got me to run a 10k distance. I’ve never done that before- that was a goal of mine this Fall and I did it! Before, a 5k used to be a challenge. Now it’s a “warm-up” on a lighter day. He helped me to get over my fear of doubling the distance by insisting on the discipline. His “take no prisoners” approach but with a touch of humor has really worked for me. The hard work has paid off. Now I don’t question my ability to meet the 10k goal-I can do it! My next goal is to increase my speed on my 10k distance this spring and I am confident with his coaching that I will be well positioned to accomplish it! If I can increase my speed on a 10k then I may be able to take a next step of a half marathon. I also do PT appointments from time to time with Dr. Sydney Connor for maintenance of some past chronic left leg issues and she does an excellent job. I trust her methods and expert advisory, they are working very well for me. Thank you Vasta for ongoing excellence in coaching and care!
