Enrolling our child in Primrose was the best choice we ever made! Not only do they have qualified outstanding staff and teachers, a wonderful educational curriculum, and great playground facilities, they have a chef onsite who prepares nutritious meals daily. They provide constant updates throughout the day via the Procare app, including great pictures, videos, and summaries of our child's eating and napping. The staff and administrators are very responsive and are proactive when it comes to informing parents about any issues or sick kids. The environment is also very inclusive and diverse, and they teach and celebrate all different holidays and cultures, which is a big deal for a family of immigrants like ours.
Our child also needed some serious adjustment time, and drop offs were particularly traumatic, but the staff at Primrose has been extremely patient and worked with us. We cannot say enough great things about Primrose - it has been a godsend for our two-working-parents family, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone with a young child!
