I think there are a few reasons. The things I'm most impressed with is how bought in all of the staff is to the program and the process.

It's very clear that everyone is working towards one goal together.

I think with the mentoring, everyone is great and sincerely cares.

I would like to see more of a goal setting focused call annually and quarterly resets to help you continue to focus on annual goals.

It could be really helpful to have realistic outcome and behavior goals set for the year followed by quarterly habits to help build towards those goals.

Monthly calls are helpful. Mentors are amazing. Followup is always consistent. But I think it would make more sense if each call was a cohesive part of a larger goal or process.

Just something I was thinking about.
