I like how dependable the service is, and I like the individual who comes regularly to our home: Taryn. She knows our home, and I trust her to do a lovely job. For the most part, I lay out the products that I like to be used in our home prior to her arrival. She does use some of the "standard products" that are in the Merry Maids toolbox, and those are OK with me. I recall one time when we had our cleaning done on a day I was flying back from a weel-long business trip. My husband was there, and he was able to go about business from his office without any worries that Taryn knew exactly what to do. When I came home, it was the nicest thing to walk in to a sparkling clean home that smelled wonderful!
