Boarding dogs are left in their kennels most of the day on Sundays. Staff doesn't seem to follow feeding instructions. Here are the feeding instructions I provide:
1/2 Pack of food in the morning, 1/2 pack at night
1 pack of dog treats (provided in baggies) at bed-time
Whenever I pick the dogs up before 5pm and ask if they've been fed, the staff usually tell me they have not been given their dinner. Yet I don't have an extra half pack of food for either dog left over for that day. Most of the time, most of the baggies of treats are still left in the dogs' travel bags. I also don't get my tupperware back that I store the 1/2 pack of dog food in.
