I would highly recommend Lightbridge to anyone looking for a daycare for their child. The majority of the teachers are kind, nurturing, and engaging. They treat my boys like their own, which means a lot to us. One area for improvement, however, is communication with parents. Recently, we learned that Lightbridge had some new hires and was rotating teachers in classrooms to find the best fit. While I understand this approach, I was disappointed that parents weren't notified about these changes until after they had already taken place. My boys are still very young and thrive on structure and routine, so when their favorite teacher was unexpectedly moved to a different classroom, it upset them. If we had been informed beforehand, I could have better prepared them for the transition.
Additionally, it would be helpful if parents could see which teachers will be in their children's classrooms each day or week, especially when there are changes. This would provide more transparency and allow us to better support our kids through any transitions.
Overall, LightBridge is amazing!
