Not only did Angela & Brad contact me immediately, they were in motion just as fast. We were thrown into a world we knew nothing about & Brad helped us best navigate & narrow our choices down to best suit our needs. The relationships that the team have in the community are very special & that translates into fast fast action for placement. We could not even fathom vetting all of the possible choices that existed for dad, not only skilled nursing/rehab, but also assisted living. Brad even checked in on dad while at his facility without being asked to, out of the kindness in his heart. Brad was extremely available for questions & concerns and we never waited long for a response from him. This special service has been a Godsend for our family & we are very grateful that the CarePatrol team exists!
