I love coming to the pool to swim, using the steam room and sauna. But I’d wish when the steam room is out of order it’s displayed multiple areas instead of the counter where you can barely see. Couple times I’ve come to use the pool and they have it closed due to classes. Without stating once arrival, it would be better communication for the staff to display times and dates when the pool will be closed for reasoning. Instead of having to check in get undressed and ready to go to pool. You see it’s closed for classes. It’s not stated online either so no communication there. I’d love for the lock room to be more private rather than children running in and out with parents being annoying. Also state what steam room cleaning times are.
