The exercise training is one-on-one. The business model is to first identify a client’s baseline abilities and hear what the client expects from the training. Then a plan is developed with basic exercises that are gradually increased in level and performance. Any trainer can work with a client and see the plan and exercise level of the client over time, so you can have one trainer , a few, or many. Furthermore, the exercises are changed in each session, so the exercises are not routine; what is routine is the exercises are geared to work on your body’s weaknesses and the client’s goals. Over time you know you have improved your performance because there is a regular assessment (every eight weeks) of your exercise performance. Highly recommend Fitness Together.
