Clean facility, careful care of pets... and proper assessment / handling of situations where dogs are injured. We appreciated the prompt notification and clear photo of injury.

The one thing we wanted, made note of, provided in labeled containers... we wanted our pup to have her treats when she went in her kennel midday and in the evening and that wasn't done. It's an easy thing and it makes her feel more at home. Not sure why we've been unsuccessful at getting Camo Bow Wow to do that.
