Initially communication started off rough. It had been a few weeks and I hadn’t heard anything about my order. After speaking with a manager, Cassie, she and the employee that I spoke with initially completely picked up the ball, and got my order processed as quickly as possible with clear communication moving forward. As a fellow business owner, I understand that no business is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you handle the mistakes that make the difference. With that being said I’m extremely satisfied with my experience.
