Devon provided the service this time. Very nice person to talk to and he answered all of my questions. In addition, he performed the service by walking through the yard with the hose. I have always asked for the service to be provided this way and it was good to see someone finally using the hose. In the future if Devon is providing the service he can pull up in the circular driveway to make things a little easier. He parked on the side of the street making the hose reel a little more difficult.
