I'm not sure how this should be answered.... I was expecting someone who had
extensive knowledge of horticulture to diagnose my lawns condition. Instead, a
technician, who I must say possessed a great deal of knowledge and experience,
was sent to address my concerns. It was the fifth different technician I've encountered
in as many treatments. We discussed a litany of possibilities for the problem presented.
But unlike the other technicians, she took the initiative to photo the areas of concern
and sent them to her manager who I assumed was quite familiar with lawn issues
similar to mine. He suggested a treatment plan which the technician performed.
Only time will tell if it was the right call but I do appreciate the service rendered.
The technician's name is Lilli J. I will be asking for her on all subsequent treatments.
