I don't like the inconsistency shown by the maids who "clean" my condo. I had a person who I liked and who did a fine job. She came a few times, then was gone; I haven't seen her since. I understand turnover in businesses, and I also understand that I can't insist on having the same person each time. Last week's cleaning was not a good one. I should have called to let you know, but didn't, so that's on me. But I literally had to call her back to the house as she was heading to her car to leave. I showed her some areas that obviously had been overlooked or cleaned poorly. She spent two more minutes and then left. Because of the inconsistency, I would be reluctant to recommend Merry Maids to my friends and neighbors.
