We could not have had a better experience with Kitchen Tune-Up. We accepted the bid to replace the trim around our kitchen window and install a tile backsplash on a Wednesday, and we received a call on Thursday from the project manager. He came to the house, took some pictures, removed the existing trim and picked up the tile we had purchased. On Friday afternoon, we received pictures showing the new trim which had been perfectly stained to match our existing woodwork and had finish coats already applied. We also got pictures of our tile which had two coats of sealant applied. The tile setter started on Monday and finished setting the tile on Tuesday. He applied the grout and caulking on Wednesday, so the entire job was finished within a week of accepting the bid. The tile setter was absolutely meticulous in his work, and everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. We are extremely pleased with the results!
