The trainers are all supportive and enthusiastic about my own growth. They push me to do a higher weight or more reps or longer sustained time - or all three!
I love learning about correct form so that I am able to lift weights and do the exercises at home effectively.
In addition, I am loving the range of exercises that are offered from the various trainers. They all seem to have their specialty and bring their expertise with them. One day I may get a hard core upper body workout and the next time, there is a bigger emphasis on core. It all feels rounded out and of course all of the trainers are receptive to feedback so if I decide I would like more of something (triceps!), they listen and will adapt their program.
