It was really easy to communicate with Patti. She quickly responded to messages and addressed issues promptly. She never left me waiting for an answer. I also like that I could negotiate with her on pricing and other financial concerns. I felt quite comfortable working with her and quickly developed a trusting relationship. She was also very generous in providing her various contractors, which enabled me to save a great deal of time in getting the property ready for sale/closing. She is very knowledgable about the Ann Arbor market and sets realistic sale prices. Although, as a seller I would like to see more aggressive pricing (what a surprise from a seller).
