Specifically, I like the equipment that Dickenson offers, as well as the large and well organized room in which all machines are situated. I don't participate in programs or activities; only use three specific aerobic equipment items. (So glad that you have the Matrix Stepmill stair climber!)
One note from my wife which she has mentioned at the front desk, and I really don't know if it's been addressed yet, is that the shower water in the ladies showers only flows cold water for the briefest of moments before it becomes too hot to shower. One of your female team will have to assess whether this is still the case; or perhaps someone already knows that it has been remedied. As my wife put it, it was as though only hot water was piped up to the shower faucets and the only cold water she got was just residual water in the pipes that had cooled by virtue of the ambient building temperature.
