Where do I begin. We moved to Bluffton in June of 2023. We always had a new construction house so, when we bought a "fixer upper", we thought we could wait for a while to update. We were wrong. LOL. Within 6 months we started "dating" kitchen remodel companies. We talked to 3 different companies before we found Bill at Kitchen Tune Up. The 3 companies I met with gave me 3 totally different quotes and NONE of them ever followed back up with me. I reached out multiple times but never received a response back. We were about to give up and wait awhile but I made 1 more search and found Kitchen Tune Up.
Bill and his team responded to my inquiry and showed up on time. They gave us a reasonable quote, a time frame on how long it would take and kept in constant communication. We made a couple of changes here and there and Bill and his team never got frustrated with us and said they would do everything in their power to make our kitchen beautiful. Well, they did not disappoint. Our kitchen is beautiful! We had to reach out to Bill a couple times after completion for some "touch up" items and Bill has ALWAYS been eager to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Bill and Kitchen Tune Up.
