I like that the staff keep a good eye on the kids. I would like to see some enthusiasm when kids arrive. I’d like to see them introduce themselves and introduce themselves to the kids arriving. Maybe it’s bc they are young themselves but to work with kids the kids need to feel welcomed in. I get they have to make sure you sign in but there’s always at least 2 people in the room. My daughter was hesitate when I take her but warms up to the kids once in there.
