I have recently joined Fitness Together and I'm really enjoying it! Unlike the typical crowded gyms, Fitness Together provides private studios and personal trainers to help you achieve any and all of your fitness goals. The trainers are awesome!! They meet you right where you are in regards to your fitness journey. They create a plan (nutrition and exercise) specifically to your needs, ensure that your technique is correct and/or modify any exercises to be sure to avoid any injuries. They are always reliable, punctual and set up, ready to start your session. The facility is clean and never over crowded. The owners are present and train as well. Everyone is an inspiration and passionate about helping you obtain your goals and leading a healthy lifestyle.
