I enjoy the cleanliness and the quality of the equipment inside the gym. The customer service is really good. Saed does an excellent job of training his team. I am a manager in the hospitality field and truly know the meaning of exceptional service. I am truly going to miss Noah but am truly happy for his opportunity to advance his career. I would like to personally recognize Nana, Alex, Andrea and the two new ladies. These employees always show me kindness and respect. The only employee who needs training is the guy who worked earlier today between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. have severe allergies and asthma. I asked him to move his filthy bucket, which was right in front of the treadmill i was working on. He said, "I'm almost finished". He proceeded to keep the bucket there for two-three more minutes. Total disrespect. I had asked both Nana and Alex to remove the dusty items and they immediately obliged. I would give this guy a zero. secondly, why are you mopping, dusting, and wiping down machines when there are 100 people in the gym. Makes no sense. You've got all these students "standing around', while the rest of us are trying to put the work i , and you are cleaning? Do better and show respect. Other than this situation, I have nothing but praise for the location, staff, and hospitality. I know that working around sweaty people can be a chore. The customer service is still on the upside and the diversity is second to none.
