I like everything! I like how no work out is ever the same. I like how the coaches know your limits but still manage to push you to be better. I like how even though you’re working hard, the coaches still make it fun. I like the camaraderie with the other members. Everyone is ready and willing to cheer you on and hi-fi each other after every work out. Like I said, I like everything about Orangetheory’s workouts and this is coming from someone who over the years has joined gyms and stopped going after a couple of months. With Orangetheory, I have been a member now for over two years and still love it.
