I like OTF workouts because they are thorough, incorporating strength and cardio. The workouts are upbeat and require a lot of energy, but also infuse the rest of my day with energy. I especially like having a coach. I don't have to think about what to do or how to do it...I just follow the coach's lead. I like having the feedback that the technology of an OTF workout provides. Reaching my heart rate goals is easy with the "splat" points. I like that there are all types of participants...all different ages and fitness levels. I love that there are many choices for class times. I love that the workouts have some degree of predictability and yet are unique every day. It's a good balance between not being overwhelmed with new activities, yet never getting bored either.
