The coaches are fantastic. I like the whole body approach to the workouts. In terms of things I would like to see, it would be great if each floor rotation ended with a few mins of abs, if there were specialty workouts that used boxing moves (and very light weights), and if there was more arm (bi/tri) work (but since I come in 3 times per week, OTF might have more bi/tri work on the other days that I'm not there).
