As far as the service, it was fantastic! Cam was amazing on several levels. He helped me find the right bike I needed in the price range I was hoping for, he spent quality time fitting me on the bike, and he is obviously a great bike mechanic.by the way he went from bike to bike giving great service to his other customers while adjusting my new Trek beauty. I loved seeing his two oldest boys learning from him in the shop area as they prepped and cleaned bikes for other customers to pickup. He has a a great passion and knowledge for cycling, road and mountain.
As far as the product, my new Trek bike rides beyond expectations! I feel like I went from a well-engineered prop plane (my old Trek) to a high-tech, precision jet engine (my new Trek).
Hawes House is truly a family run and centered business. I highly recommend them for repairs and new bikes! You will not be disappointed with the service or in the products they sell.
