Your concern about the following comments: " Initially I was not satisfied as the first day, this lady came to my house and did not clean anything. She was a new hire and literally did nothing for 5 hours. Luckily, one of her supervisors stopped by and concurred she had not done anything. The next day, Alma, the supervisor and another really nice lady knocked out the entire move out clean in 4 hours. My landlord was super impressed with how clean the house was. Bottom line, you cannot control and individual’s effort, though the company Merry Maids made everything right and I have confidence they will ensure the customer is always satisfied. Would highly recommend. "
