Incredibly friendly, accommodating. They understood my need clearly and acted accordingly. It was simple visual inspection under hood and under the car for a long trip ahead. Found a flammable rats nest under plastic cover that could have potentially caught fire so I was so grateful that even though it was free of charge I was so happy I paid them anyway.
