I absolutely recommend Title Owings Mills if you want to get fit, lose weight, improve endurance or whatever your personal fitness goals are.

I will admit that it was overwhelming at first and I wasn't sure if this was something that I could do.

My coach Elise Shaheen was so good and made all the newcomers feel so comfortable and welcome.
She guided us through the entire class.

I thought I'd sign up for 2-3 months and figure out if it is something I would like to continue...it has been a year since and I absolutely love it and the results are very visible.
