Annabelle was great. She is very positive and really listens to the clients wishes and vision and helps make that happen. She is also very responsive to communication. The install team, Allen and Dave, were fantastic. The cabinets were installed with expertise and precision and with great care to detail. The tile guy, Mike, did a beautiful job with the backsplash. The recommended plumber did a really good job and was very responsive to making himself available for optimum scheduling.
The only negative to this experience was the recommended electrician, Michael heubner. He was unreliable and unprofessional. When he was unable to find any time to finish our job, he just bagged out. Which turned out to be fortuitous because the professional electricians we got to finish found numerous errors that were not up to code and had to be fixed. Michael did not get a permit for work that needed one along with inspection which he did not have scheduled. The new electricians were able to finish the job correctly.
All in all, my kitchen came out beautifully and exactly what I wanted and I am very happy.
