Last week I wrote a negative report about a delivery. Within five minutes I received a call from Culligan of Rothesay and spoke with Sarah. She wanted more details and was more than helpful. She was speaking to the service delivery person immediately and took my concerns and frustration seriously.
There was no hesitation on this company's part to just pass it off but acted in a professional and friendly manner. She even reduced my bill to help compensate. I did not ask for this nor expect this. As a past employer I understand the need for my customers to let me know if one of my employees caused an issue and that is why I filed out the customer survey.

They not only rectified my concerns but did it in a timely and friendly manner. I have been using Culligan services for many years and have never had any issue at all.

I would highly recommend them for all your water needs.
