I love the classes, studio and staff.

My one complaint is for Corporate IT. I purchased a 20 pack of classes to compliment my 8 monthly classes for the months where I may go more than 8 times. The classes from the pack should not be used until the monthlies go down to zero. Seems easy enough to program but the program keeps pulling from the class pack first so the local staff have to freeze my class pack (at which time the balance disappears from my phone app) and then unfreeze once my monthlies go down to zero. This is a lot of work and effort that leads to inconvenience for me and the local staff. If freezing the class pack is not done, then the staff has to put in a work order after I register and use a class to remove the class used from the class pack and apply to the monthlies.
