I started last November. I called once to see when the team would arrive and was told 11-1. I assumed it would be that going forward. And it was until last Wednesday. At about 1:30 I called about the delay and was told the team was a couple of hours behind on their current house. That was a problem for me for 2 reasons. 1. I schedule my dogs to be groomed while the cleaning is done so as not to be in their way. 2. We were doing my son's birthday dinner that evening and they were to arrive about 4:30. I said we'd figure it out. But, shortly Merry Maids called back and said Melissa had just finished a job and would head our way and meet the usual crew here. There usual crew never showed and Melissa spiffed up by herself. I was happy to get this done before company and I tipped her for agreeing to show up to take care of us. However, the usual crew does a better job and I hope to see them next time. I was told we were coded that was ok to clean anytime during the day but Jennifer agreed to change our coded more in line with the 11-1 timeframe. Better for us and the team too since the dogs would be otherwise occupied.
Our initial cleaning wasn't as great an experience as I hoped either. So, in 5 months we have had 2 less than stellar experiences. I hope going forward is good. I really want this to work for us. I do appreciate the responsiveness from the office.
