Alicia and the CarePatrol team took a huge burden off our shoulders in helping find the best assisted living facility for my parents in an emergency situation. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and moved fast so that we could get them into a safe environment in a record period of time. She was not only a huge advocate working round the clock for my parents, but she checked in with me personally as well to make sure I was mentally prepared and educated throughout the entire process. I can’t thank her enough for all she did and even though her work is “done”, she has still made herself available as a resource and wants to follow up and make sure my parents are enjoying their new life at Sunrise of Bellevue
