Motivational - the coaches are always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and treat everyone like an elite athlete.
Nothing is the same twice. Doing the same thing every day or cycling every few days gets monotonous and boring.
I THOROUGHLY enjoy the heart rate intensity level, I don't feel like I'm behind (well I do, but that's me not OTF) and I definitely don't feel like I'm in the way of others, or keeping them back which I got that feeling at other gyms. I work to my intensity, and see the results.
