Overall communication was great.
Pre sales and sales process was short and information and flowed in a very timely way. Nothing was dragged out as they kept you on track with next steps and decision deadlines, for example, when they needed our appliances and flooring selections and when items needed to be on site. We even added a few more cabinets and the additional ones were on site fast and did not slow down the job. Scheduling was coordinated very well with the plumber, electrician, flooring and counter top trades. Kitchen Tune-Up carpenters were very talented, neat and showed up everyday, on time, and prepared to work. Electrician, plumber, counter top and floor trades were also very good and neat and were here to do their parts exactly when they were needed which is a big kudos to KTU in there ability to schedule properly and it shows they have great relationships with those trades. Lastly, a small punch list was generated and addressed quickly.
