I like that the classes are coach lead with direction, I can modify while reaching the highest level of intensity that I am capable of achieving. The coaches are high energy, kind, and supportive. I also appreciate the built in accountability measures, such as a slight monetary charge for a missed class. I used to be very athletic and in shape, but I also exercised too much. The time limit on the classes helps be keep a positive boundary, and because I can max my intensity level I still get that nice burst of endorphins without being extreme in my exercise habits. Plus, the way the classes are set up, I have to plan ahead to incorporate exercise into my already full schedule.
