I am very happy knowing that I no longer have to worry about climbing up a ladder and cleaning out my gutters! Personally, I am afraid of heights, so I do not like doing that, and I worry about family members having to do it as well. It's much too dangerous! I have a neighbor who fell off a ladder years ago and broke both wrists. With your product, I feel confident that the gutters are completely protected from any problems at all in the future... which is a great feeling! I have a huge pine tree on the one side of my house which drops endless pine needles, and these used to continually pile up in the gutters causing problems, but they are no longer a concern now. And, although other companies wanted me to purchase their gutter protection products, I knew that only yours would stop the pine needles from entering the gutters. So, thank you for that peace of mind. It is truly appreciated! In addition, it was nice that, following the installation, you had a gentleman stop by a few days later to examine everything to make sure it was done properly. The salesperson did not mention that this would be done so I had no idea he was coming until he arrived. But that was much-appreciated too. It shows that you genuinely care about your customers and their satisfaction, and the quality of your product. It was very nice that you followed-up like that. So, thank you for that too. The only 'negative' that I can think of at all was that the price seemed a little high. I was not expecting it to cost that much. But I am not complaining since I do feel that, overall, it was well-worth every penny! Thank you again, for everything!!! :o)
