I love the variety, it's rarely a boring workout (almost never - or actually never). The coaches are fun, energetic, and engaging.

I was a power lifter for 20 years, and suffered several injuries that prevented me from pursuing this type of workout.

I was missing a more heart-healthy routine, but couldn't find something that kept my interest. OTF changed all of that, and I'm a healthier, more fit, happier person for it.
