I would like to thank LeafFilter for standing by their product. I had what looked like a clog in my gutter that had LeafFilter installed. I called LeafFilter to inquire about their warranty and I was told that there was a preliminary charge to have a tech come out and look at the issue. I was taken aback that I was being quoted a charge for a product that was supposed to be guaranteed not to clog. I told customer service that I would need to consider this because it was holiday time and money was tight with Christmas. The local LeafFilter team called me a few days later to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I told them the same thing, and I didn't want them to come out if I was going to be charged a fee and then to possibly find out that the problem isn't covered by the warranty. A couple days pass and a tech showed up at my front door to check out the issue. I told him I didn't authorize LeafFilter to come out because I didn't want to be charged. I explained the situation and the tech called his supervisor and told me he would go up there and look at the issue free of charge. The tech went up on the roof and determined that there was some debris and cleaned it out for me. I was extremely thankful for the customer service provided to me.
