The sales person was very informative about the product. Once the product was installed I was very pleased with it. The only thing I did not like was the installer an older Mexican after the gutters were installed came to me and said he had his own business on the side where he installs the leaf guard like produce and his was all metal to see if I wanted to get that installed on the gutters. The installers work well and even cleaned up after they were finished
