It was our first time and I had errands to run but I expected the ladies to still be working when I got home about 3 hours later. They did ask my husband if the house looked good and he said it was fine. My husband does not notice the details! However, when I got home I noticed that the range hood wasn't dusted and the dog slobber spots were still on the floors. I was really disappointed about that. I do know that elbow grease is needed to get those spots on the laminate floors and especially the LVP floor in the kitchen. Later, I dusted the kitchen table to get some glitter off and found that it hadn't been dusted, nor was the dog hair removed from the chair legs. For $380, I expected everything to be gleaming. I am hoping that next time will be better. The ladies were prompt and pleasant. On a good note, the bathrooms were good! The ladies said our house was pretty clean, I do try to keep up with things but am getting older and really want this service to work out. Thanks for reaching out again as I have been thinking about my response.
