I had been a member years before but had to leave due to injury sustained by being hit in an auto accident. Life circumstance and finances were such that I couldn't come back and even still it is a lot of money that I really do not have, but the workout that Orangetheory provides is a consistent, full body, motivational workout in one hour that I cannot get from a physical therapy appointment. I feel more areas of my mind and body are going to grow stronger and healthier faster from the Orangetheory workouts.
