I like most everything you've got going on. The place is clean, the employees are welcoming and efficient. The only thing I do not like is that folks cannot reserve a spot for a cycling class at the front desk or by (landline) phone. They MUST have a smart/cell phone to be able to do so. I find that very, very, slanted against folks who may not be able to afford a phone/service, why don't you? Why do you offer no ability to sign up at the front desk? Believe it or not, NOT everyone has the luxury of, or desire for, a cell phone. As paying patrons that ought not to exclude them from one of your classes. Seems like something that ought to be looked at. I really hope you do. It would also be REALLY nice to have a bench available, for various dumbbell exercises, on the upstairs level. Thanks.
