I appreciate the warm greeting from front desk staff when I enter the studio. Jay is positive and always has encouraging words for members at the desk as manager and as a coach during the workout! No matter what my mood is walking in, I always leave in a better mood after class!!
All of the coaches are fun and engaging and consistently suggest alternative floor exercises for those with limitations. The coaches have a keen eye for adjusting someone’s form while doing floor work, which is appreciated.
After being a member of OTF for a few years, I visited my cardiologist and had a stress test performed on a treadmill. My cardiologist told me that due to my cardio health, I have less than a 10% chance of a cardiac event over the next 10 years! You can’t argue with results!
