My service advisor was honest, very helpful and friendly and they honored the interstate warranty will definitely use them again next time we need a new battery.. Bought the battery at another company and when I was having issues with my car not starting but it would when I used a jumper took to Big O told me may be my key fob battery if not than the alternator because the battery was good 😡. Left them and changed the key fob battery car was acting up again started than would have to jump start it. Was told to take it to the actual interstate battery place.
Well I did and guess what it was a bad battery and they replaced it for free as it was an interstate battery and under warranty but barely. Big O didn’t want to replace a battery that was just 3 weeks shy of the warranty running out. Had I take. It back to them 3.2 weeks later they would have charged me full price for a new battery vs honoring the warranty meaning they didn’t want to just give me a brand new battery they wanted to wait it out and charge me full price.
So for anyone needing a new battery make the drive to your interstate battery shop pay the few extra bucks so worth it. I left their shop with a brand new battery with another 2 year warranty and didn’t cost me a dime. We have 4 jeep grand Cherokee’s and we will be heading their way next time any of them needs a new battery for sure.
