Communication was timely and helpful, but seemed to decline when we asked for changes too many times. I do understand the development costs involved, but the customer needs to have what they want for the money they are spending. Now that the project is complete, I have not heard back about two other projects that we are asking for. I will reach out by email again to move forward.
