Everything!!! I joined in April to try to lose 20 lbs. I gave myself 6 months to work really hard and be disciplined with diet and exercise to lose the weight and go back to working out at home using my Peloton… 6 months later, I’ve lost all 20 lbs. However, I feel so much happier and energized working out at OTF that I’ve decided to keep my membership going. Unless I move somewhere where there is no OTF gym (highly unlikely), I might become a lifer 🤣🤣.
